Virtual assistant with AI
Virtual assistant designed to help businesses manage schedules, answer customer questions, and automate customer service.
It works 24/7, providing information about services, appointments, and availability without the need for human intervention.
It also integrates with WhatsApp, optimizing communication and improving the customer experience.
With data analysis and reports, it enables businesses to make better decisions and improve their efficiency.

The company or establishment providing the service will receive an email with information regarding the customer's request.
The AI assesses the level of urgency, dividing it into three categories: Low, Medium, or High. This allows the most urgent requests to be prioritized and better managed.
They will also receive a brief summary of the conversation to understand the customer's specific interests.
If the customer has attached an image (as in the case of breakdowns) to show what happened, they will receive a link to a business platform, where they can view the image sent in detail and a brief message from the AI explaining the case.

1. First, select your preferred language. You can choose between Spanish, English, or "Auto Detect" so our AI can automatically detect it and provide you with better service.

3. At the end of the conversation, you can provide a rating of the service by choosing from three options: Good; Could Be Improved; or leave a comment.
This rating will be sent to the establishment or service you contacted, allowing them to improve customer service.
2. Ask your usual questions, sending audio or text. You can inquire about a variety of topics (excursions, auto repair shops, car rentals, leisure areas, clothing stores, contacts, and hours).
We also have a troubleshooting system in case you need locksmith, plumber, or repairer service. With this system, you can attach an image of the problem so the system can detect it and schedule a service visit.
